Financial Portfolio Optimization

Designed a Python-based portfolio optimization tool leveraging yFinance, NumPy, and Pandas to model long-term growth strategies; applied efficient frontier analysis to identify an optimal asset allocation based on 5-year historical data.

Animal Behaviour Simulation

A program developed using C# and the Unity game engine where agents optimize, in real-time, their decision making behaviours in a dynamic environment via a neuro-evolution of augmented topologies (NEAT) algorithm.

Personal Finance Dashboard

Developed a semi-automated Python-based dashboard using Streamlit, Plotly, NumPy and Pandas to track statistics on personal finances.

Digital Protein Synthesis

A program developed in C++ that leverages a genetic algorithm to generate an amino acid sequence based on the desired overall charge of a protein and the pH of the protein’s environment.
